- MAPPING CALL · BREAKDOWN
Built for serious operators.
90-day minimum engagement
Systems take time to install, calibrate, and produce signal. Shorter cycles cannot be optimized.
Paid upfront, monthly
Engagements are billed in advance at the start of each cycle. No deferred terms.
No refunds once engaged
Resources, allocations, and operating capacity are committed at the start of every cycle.
Client-owned ad accounts
All advertising accounts remain in the client's name and ownership at all times.
Spend paid direct to platforms
Media spend never passes through Pressure. Payment instruments stay inside platform.
Fit Decision
Baseline defined before launch Pre-engagement revenue is documented and used as the measurement baseline.
Performance on incremental only
Performance compensation is calculated against revenue above the documented baseline.
No revenue guarantee
Outcomes depend on product, market, fulfillment, and operating conditions.
Client owns operations
Operations, fulfillment, product quality, and compliance remain with the client.
- Performance Logic
We only participate in the growth we help create.
SECTION 04 / 06
BASELINE MODEL
V12 uses baseline revenue to measure incremental growth. Before any engagement begins, we document the existing revenue level. Performance compensation applies only to the new revenue created above that line.
The model is simple: we are paid to grow you, not to be paid on what you already have. The structure rewards real, measurable lift — not the work that was already happening before us.
Worked Example
- CALC · BASELINE
Current revenue
$100,000 / mo
Revenue after V12
$250,000 / mo
Incremental growth
+$150,000
Performance share applies only to
$150,000
FORMULA · SHARE = % × ( REVENUE_NEW − REVENUE_BASELINE )
- Media Handling
Your ad spend stays yours.
